We, myHealthPass Limited ( “us”, “we”, or “myHealthPass”, which also includes its affiliates), provide access to this website, web application, products, and services associated therewith (“Web Site”), including but not limited to the mobile application, upon the Terms of Use set out below. By accessing or using this Web Site and Mobile Applications both public and registered user section and/or availing associated products and services, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and policies incorporated by reference herein. The agreement so entered into (and incorporating all these terms and conditions) shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. This agreement and its terms shall prevail over any other terms, conditions or information inconsistent therewith, whether found on this Web Site or otherwise. We may assign the agreement at any time to any affiliated company, or as part of the sale to, merger with, or other transfer of our company to another entity. You hereby agree to bring any disputes concerning the agreement exclusively before the courts of Singapore and you hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of these courts. Use of the website
Services and products
This Web Site provides a platform, with associated products and services, to facilitate connecting patients with healthcare providers, insurance providers, and business partners based on selected preferences. All services and products are available to registered users based on eligibility criteria and may be subject to arrangements with our partners for such offering. myHealthPassand its partners have the right to enable, remove or update service and product scope for any user based on certain eligibility criteria and subject to terms of arrangement agreed with partners. Any user referred by any of our business partners is also subject to the additional terms and conditions set by that partner.
User account
As a condition to using our product and services, you are required to register with us and you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on this Web Site or when registering by calling our contact center ; (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) maintain and promptly update details under your User Profile, and any other information you provide to us, and to keep it accurate, current and complete; (d) accept the Terms of Use and Privacy policy mentioned here within, and (e) accept all risks of unauthorised activities when you fail to secure your credentials to use our Web Site. Failure to do so shall entitle us to immediately terminate your account or relationship with us.
Profiles
This Web Site carries summarised information, location, working hours, professional qualification and relevant details (“Profiles”) of doctors, healthcare practitioners and other healthcare service providers (“Providers”) for registered users only. Such profiles are compiled from both publicly available information and other information collected from Providers. We do not, in any way, endorse any specific Provider but attempt to present relevant information matching your preferred criteria to help you to make an informed decision on selecting proper medical care or service that you deem appropriate. We may facilitate to avail, process, and request associated services and communication with your selected providers upon your request. The consumer is solely responsible for any decision regarding the selection of the provider and the treatment plan.
Appointments
This Web Site also provides the means, through our associated products and services, for Providers to accept bookings for appointments from registered users. If any Providers chooses to make use of such functionality in this Web Site, our only role is to provide the means for you to communicate with the Providers. We do not act as an agent for any Providers. The services and products provided on this Web Site for the booking of appointments are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and you acknowledge that we accept no liability for any failure, disruption, downtime, interruption, delay, inaccuracy, or any other non–performance of such services. If you choose to book an appointment with a Provider using such services, you are also advised to confirm such an appointment by other means; in any event, the Provider alone is answerable to you for honoring any appointment. Your subsequent dealings, meetings or communications with Providers are solely between you and that Provider.

This Web Site, with associated products and services, may carry, send or provide an advertisement, promotional material or supplementary information (“Advertisement”) from 3rd party business entities (“Advertiser”) who may or may not be affiliated with us. We may provide personal data to health care providers (in or out of the country you reside) or your insurance provider acting on your behalf to facilitate the service you have requested or accepted. myHealthPass cannot be liable for their data security practices or any incident may occur once you accept or proceed with their service arrangements.

You will be able to view your account information and associated profile once you log in. You will be able to edit or submit a change request to correct your data from our web application or by calling our customer care. center. Retention
Your personal data will be stored and available in our system under active account maintained with us. myHealthPass may retain the relevant account information for a reasonable period of time to preserve service records and history of communication, account activity and service provided to you even after your account is deactivated with us. This is required to maintain a consistent history of service provided or a business engagement record for that account and to provide reasonable evidence in case of any investigation or respond to inquiries related to services provided in the previous years.
Update to the Privacy policy
We reserve the right to change our Privacy policy in the future when required and may do so without prior notice. If we decide to change our Privacy policy, we will either send a notice to the email address you provided to us or will place a prominent notice on the website. Should you continue to use our services after our Privacy policy changes you will be bound by those changes.
